Jack Maule
Jack Maule, 78, of Barbee Lake passed away July 13, 2010 at his residence. He was born August 21, 1931 in Richmond, IN to William & Virginia (Brehm) Maule. On April 4, 1953 he married Joyce Rexroad who preceded him in 2007. Jack lived in the area since 1976, from Louisville, KY. Jack was a graduate of Indiana University, in Bloomington, IN. He was a US Army veteran. Jack purchased the Barbee Hardware in 1976 and operated it until going in to the Real Estate business, where he was a co-owner of Pier 13 Realty. Jack was a lifetime Kiwanis member and a member of Lakeland Kiwanis. He was a member of the North Webster United Methodist Church, the North Webster American Legion Post 253. Jack was an avid golfer and boater. He is survived by his two sons – Jeff (Naomi) Maule of Syracuse, Jon (Fiancé Carol Buchanan) Maule of North Webster. Four Grandchildren – Jessi Lea, Tyler Stuart, William, and Chelsea. Nine Great grandchildren. Calling will be Friday, July 16, 2010 from 4-8 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse. Services will be Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the North Webster United Methodist Church with Pastor David Smitley officiating. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery/Mock Addition with Military Honors.
